MAGIC Fashion Show

We are exploring more beauty options for our clients by adding accessories to your options. Kelleen an I just returned from MAGIC a 4 day fashion show in Las Vegas. Inspired, we brought back with us some hand crafted jewelry, which we are really passionate about.

Plan on seeing one of a kind pieces made from recycled trees, bike inner tubes, paper and water buffalo horns among our current collection. Trending you will find the popular up and coming Erimish stackable strands. This collection leaves the buyer with endless creativity. Check out our Facebook page for a preview.

As we glanced around the apparel keep your eyes on large floral prints, pink and yellow. On the edgier side looks as if appliqués and patches will be an up and coming fashion add on!

Best of the West 2017

“We are back” at Best of the West. Last year it was Darlene Hammond for Master stylist. This year we were nominated for the best manicure pedicure category.

We are expanding our nail area by adding 1 extra nail and 1 pedicure station. We will be able to accommodate four of each by the summer . We have grown due to our passionate, personable, nail staff. They are experts in their craft, they are attentive to the needs of the clients and look forward to building relationship with them.

We invite everyone to be a part of experience . Be sure to stop by our booth , check out giveaways and we appreciate your vote again this year.

We will be showcasing our business and celebrating our success on Thursday April 6, 2017 at the LaCentre Conference and Banquet Facility in Westlake from 6-9p.m. for the Best of the West. Bring an appetite! There is lots of food samples, beverages and giveaways for only $20 in advance or $25 at the door. We will be selling tickets soon at the salon, or you purchase tickets online.

Fairview Park – A Great Place to Grow

This statement has been true for me personally, as a resident; my girls were born and raised here. This has also been for me, as a business woman, owning and operating Options Salon and Spa for the past 20 years in Fairview Park. I must say, I have found our city’s motto to be true, “Fairview Park is indeed a great place to grow”.

As most of you know Options Salon and Spa had planned to move our location. Although the move would have been just minutes down the road, it would have taken us out of Fairview. We have now determined that it would be best for us, the community, and especially for out clients, both residents and from surrounding areas, if we stay right were we are…in Fairview Park. We are excited to let you know that the move will NOT be happening after all!!! We happily share this good news with you since the final decision has been made. Options Salon and Spa will continue to be located at 21689 Lorain RD, Fairview Park, OH.

Best of the West 2016

We would like to congratulate Darlene for being nominated for the Cleveland Magazine “Best of the West”.

Darlene was one of the top three in the Master Stylist category. Voting took place at the “Best of the West” party on April 7th and we will find out the winner in a few weeks. Fingers are crossed that she takes home the win, we will keep you posted.

NEW… “La Ruche” Skin Care!

The name “La Ruche” means hive in French and is a bioactive Dried flowers botanical honey skin care line. For a long time, Kathy, owner of Options Salon & Spa, wanted to offer customers an alternative to commercial skin care products which contain chemicals that can be bad for us and bad for the environment. She wasn’t sure where to start. Then one day, almost two years ago, fate lead her where she needed to be. That is when she met Judy Bulcroft and Sally Leachko, owners of Meadowlake Farm, a natural/organic honey based skin care line crafted right here in Northeast Ohio and sold worldwide. It was not long before the three women joined forces and began working closely with esthetician at Options to perfect this whole new spa exclusive skin care line, “La Ruche”. The benefits of the partnership is not only having such a wonderful natural skin care line but the ability to work hand and hand with the owners of the local company. We have endless educational opportunities with them that we can bring to you.
