Before Sugaring

Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate the area 2-3 days before your appointment to remove dead skin cells, but avoid exfoliating the day of.

Length: Ensure hair is at least 1/4 inch long for effective removal.

Avoid Shaving: Do not shave or trim hair for at least 10-14 days before your appointment.

No Sun: Avoid sunbathing or tanning beds for 48 hours prior to the treatment.

No Moisturizer: Avoid applying lotions, creams, or oils on the area to be sugared.

After Sugaring

Avoid Heat: Stay away from hot baths, showers, saunas, steam rooms, and intense workouts for 24-48 hours.

Wear Loose Clothing: Opt for loose-fitting, breathable clothing to prevent friction and irritation.

Skip Deodorant & Makeup: Do not apply deodorant to freshly sugared underarms or makeup to the face for at least 24 hours.

Stay Out of Pools: Avoid swimming in chlorinated water for at least 24-48 hours.

No Sun Exposure: Protect the treated areas from direct sunlight and tanning beds for 24-48 hours.

Gentle Hydration: Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated.

Exfoliate Regularly: After the initial 24-48 hour rest period, begin gently exfoliating 2-3 times a week to prevent ingrown hairs.

Avoid Irritants: Do not use products with harsh chemicals, fragrances, or artificial ingredients for at least 24-48 hours.

No Touching or Picking: Avoid touching, scratching, or picking at the treated areas to prevent further irritation and potential infection.
