Spa parties and spa packages are available. We offer monthly specials, birthday coupons, and email specials. We also have VIP retail cards available. Gift cards are valid for five years; not responsible if lost or stolen; not redeemable for cash. Prices subject to change without notice. Sales tax applicable on certain services.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice. A $50.00 deposit per person is required to hold reservations for all spa packages or when booking 3 or more people who are receiving 2 or more services. If you cancel less than 24 hours and a deposit was required, it will be forfeited. After 3 cancellations without 24 hour notice, a deposit will be required for all future appointments.


The average gratuity is 10-20%; however, it is up to the discretion of the client.

Customer Satisfaction

If you feel you would be more comfortable with another staff member or would simply prefer another opinion, we encourage you to try another staff member.  We work as a team and are pleased to have clients served by any of our staff members.

Salon and Spa Etiquette

Children are not allowed in the spa due to insurance restrictions. Medical forms are required yearly for massage and facial services. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to spa appointments to prepare for these services. We ask that all cell phones are either turned off or put on vibrate as a courtesy.

Product Returns

No returns on special orders. Other products purchased may be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase.
